Oh I absolutely do. I recently tore my ACL, so I'm doing some physical therapy. I also started walking on my own time to heal this leg!! I am finding it helps in many more ways then just my leg healing. My mood is much better. I have more energy. Even when I don't feel like it, I make myself get up and do it. I know by now I will feel better afterwards. I'm talking about a slower paced walk, not a jog, but still...it helps! Soon I might be able to jog again. Fingers crossed. Loved the article, thanks!!
